Remove tab, condition?

Hi,

I´m adding a new tab that includes a CPT listing shortcode, following the code explained here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/author-parameter-in-shortcode/

It´s working really nice, however I wonder if you could help me with a condition to not display this tab at all if there are no results from the shortcode listing query ?
