Removing author and date from posts

How to remove date…I have removed the author name with this css in appearance editor…what is the best method?

The easiest is with CSS, or otherwise you will have to change the template of that page.
It is theme specific if I understand the screenshot correctly.
Giving us a URL always allows us to give you better information.
