Removing the Franchise link when listing a new business

Hi Guys
My invoice nr for my purchase is #333836
I find that companies are registering and then just not continuing to list their business as the screen is confusing.
I want to remove the “link franchise” section when listing a business for the first time but cant seem to remove this part from the listing page. I have tried to removed the franchise settings from appearing on any page, but yet it remains visible. How do i remove it?

PS I was sure there was a video for assisting with franchise settings somewhere but i couldnt find that either
