Renewal after Payment change

    HI Paolo and Stiofan

    We need to renew, and we were comfortably on the quarterly recurring before you changed the payment system.

    We’ve been meaning to renew and pay just have to get my boss to change.
    But the renewal only gives you the year option. Is it still possible to renew quarterly payment as before just in the new system?

    We’d like to renew as we had purchased, if possible.

    Hello,

    The easiest thing to do is wait till it runs out and then buy the package you want. You will have to change the licence ID’s for updates. You will then be able to renew that package in the future.

    Yes, I’ll tell my boss. He might want to just pay for the year.
