Renewal issues

    Hi guys,

    I got an email and renewed for 12 months via Paypal. The problem is on my login it is not showing renewal?

    Also I have this installed on all 40 sites, is there anything else I need to do or will this just update automatically? I have put the keys into auto updates and this has been OK, do I need to do anything?

    Hi,

    that should be because your old membership is not up yet.

    Did you try to update the plugins? The system doesn initiate the auto updates on his own.

    It requires the you launch the update for each plugin.
