Replace Claim listing on Details page

    When I was setting things up, I removed the Claim listing from the details page. That was a mistake and now I want to bring it back.
    But I can’t remember how I removed it, and reading the Claim listing documentation isn’t helping me.
    Can you point me to exactly where I need to go, with what I need to do to bring back the ‘claim listing’ on the details page please?
    My custom post type in this site is ‘Practitioners’.
    And I have put it back on the form to create a listing.
