Hi, I would like to do a couple of things in order to improve the click ratio to request a quote so want to ask you:
    1) How to add the “Request a Quote” link in several sections of the listing so that no visitor misses it.
    2) Is there a way (perhaps using a plugin) to call the modal and show up in the middle of the screen after 5 seconds of visiting the listing or before moving to another place?

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

With GDV2 you can adjust the display on the page template.

To call it automatically would require a customization.

Thank you Alex; I know it is a great new feature in v2, unfortunately I am planning to migrate until next year.

Is there any way to call a shortcode through a snnipet code in order to place it either in a widget or in the description area?

It is one of the most powerful ways to show value to the listing owners.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

I’m sorry, but support for similar things is not provided, especially considering V2 has that as a feature.

Please consider upgrading now to V2 or if you wish to have something like that added to a V1 site, please hire a developer here: http://geodirectoryexperts.com/

    Thanks

    Hi Alex,

It is exactly what I was looking for and works perfect (appreciate it). Just one question, why is part of the code shown on the page?, please see the attached image, it shows the section: “geodir_email ) ) { ?>”

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Could be a copy paste error or have to do with how you added it.
If you need help with GDV1 customizations please contact a developer.
