Request for V2 – Events

    The approach for the contact forms with Ninja is really good. But I like to see (in the same way you claimed cooperations for business directories – and I totally agree) that you find a cooperation and integration for the events.

    There are already great event plugins available with far more features you have.
    My suggestion here, and I like to repeat what you claim: Cooperating is better than competing 🙂

    Hi Dirk,

    They would not store things in the same way that we do so would not be able to filter by location like we do, i have not checked but i imagine they would not scale like we do either.
    There is a big difference between a contact form and a CPT.

    I don’t see this ever happening TBH, however we will be re-writing events for v2 and you and everyone will be able to have their say and input to improve it.

    (Things we are removing and adding 3rd party compatibility for are non directory related features.)

    Hi Stiofan,

    I’m using on one page the “EventOn” plugin (with some addons). It has also a map addon with clustering and also using filters. It is just a suggestion not to invent all again that has already been invented.

    And a linkage between different CPTs can be done.
