REQUEST_DENIED Error MSG

    I am trying to connect my site but keep getting this error msg.
    Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED

    I have gone through the support docs and youtube videos but it still makes no sense to me. I have gone to Google Console as an instruction post said to do so but I still can’t get the error msg to go. Please help, thank you

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your post. The geocoding error means that your Google Maps API keys might not be set up correctly. Could you please and see if you’ve set up billing correctly on your Google Maps API key? https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

    Yes I have. Its still giving me the denied access error. I have followed all instructions, I am at a lost as what to even try next.

    I can’t as its not active at the moment as i am just building it. Id prefer not to share the site over the forum though.

    I have spent all day on this and I can build websites from scratch but this just has me stumped and im almost over it as the instructions are not accurate at all

    Yea I have done that several times and set it to Brisbane Australia but when I try to enter a place for a listing it keeps saying I need to enter an address in Philadelphia
