Require a Star Rating

    Hello,

    Is there an option to require the user to leave a star rating in order to review a specific place? Currently, the user can write a review but doesn’t have to select a star rating.

    What is your setting at GD > Multiratings > General tab > Disable mandatory rating star:
    That should be left un-ticked.

    Thats not the problem. The star option is still visible but not required.

    HI,

    that shouldn’t be the case and I can’t recreate the problem in any of our demos.

    If you try to leave a review without starts it will tell you:

    Please select star rating, you can’t leave a review without stars.

    Please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look at your case.
