    hi sir,

I am using geodirectory framework, event managers and multi-locations. I am using multiple CPTs. (currently place and event but I will be adding two new CPTs shortly.)

On the home page, I have forced the search widget to search for events only.

    Couple questions:
    * I would like to reuse much of the home page design for another page. (to be accessed via menu on the home page). How can I copy the template for this new page?

    * On this new page, I would like to modify the search widget such that it searches a different CPT (i.e. slightly different behavior versus the one on the home page). Is that possible?

    * CPT linking: Can CPT be linked to more than one CPT? For example, can place1 be linked to event and CPT2 (or CPT3)? I am not able to get it to work for more than one CPT but there may be something I missed in my setup.

    thanks for your help.

    Peter

You can create WP pages with GD shortcodes so you can get selected GD content on any page.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/

The search widget automatically adjusts to the CPT of the page but only on GD Listings pages.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/#cpt

A CPT can only be linked to one other CPT.

    Thanks
