Review Image not uploading

    Upon writing a review, I upload a picture in the frontend.
    The picture completes upload. No image shows for the icon.
    Review is posted.
    However, when reviewing the review in admin, “show images” appear, there is a filename linked to the picture but no picture. The 2nd attempt, there was no picture uploaded.
    Examined the media gallery, there is no picture. However, admin and frontend review shows a picture uploaded.
