Review is not counting

    Hello guys, do you know why the reviews are not counting, is having two showing two reviews but is not counting.

    A note: This problem is often fixed by clearing cache. Please let us know which cache system you are using.

    I’m using google chrome, I already try on Microsoft Edge which I don’t use still have the problem.

    It seems that every review is coming as comments, not as a review.

    Hi Pablo,

    I’ve just inspected your Website and I’m able to see the issue you had there. I’ve added two reviews and it’s displaying “2 Reviews” now but the total is 4. I’ll forward this to a developer for further investigation.

    Hello Pablo,

    It seems something conflicts there. Please provide us FTP credentials so we can do some debugging and apply patch after fix.

    Hello Pablo,

    The issue has been fixed and updated on your site too.

    Now it shows correct numbers of reviews(with rating stars). Comments without rating will not be counted in review count.
