Review option on events or places is not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    It is not allowing me to rate using the starts or to write a review. Wondering is there an option I have not chosen? Thanks.

    Enable comments on the listing (and all old listings), then make sure new posts have comments allowed.

    The option is inside the backend of the listing. Use the screen options at the top to reveal comments and discussion settings.

    If that isn’t the problem write back with WP Admin credentials and we will take a look at the settings. Be sure to link to the listing you are working on.
