Review Rating Manager 1.4.0

I realise that this may be outside of support for geodirectory as it involves another plugin.

I recently updated to Geodirectory Version 1.6.24. and the GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager Version 1.4.0. using wordpress 4.8.2. Im also updated to the latest versions of GeoDirectory Custom Post Types and GeoDirectory Location Manager.

I am experiencing a problem on the Listing Detail page when a user submits a review, or replies to a review. When there is text in the review box I get an error “Please type a review” on submission.

I am using a plugin called TinyMCE Comment Field – WYSIWYG https://wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-comment-field/ which works with GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager Version 1.3.9. But I believe that this could be because that version did not do a check for text in the comment box. Correct?

When I have version 1.4.0 with TinyMCE Comment Field it has the above error. If I disable TinyMCE Comment Field then version 1.4.0 does work, but then the users can only enter plain text as comments/reviews which I do not want. I assume that the change to 1.4.0 to check for text is done on a certain id or name which possibly is not there when TinyMCE Comment Field is running.

What would I need to do to get version 1.4.0 working with TinyMCE Comment Field?
