Review section is not working for Events or Directory

    I am unable to create a review in the Events or the Directory page. I am able to type my review but when I click Post Review nothing happens. On the pc, I don’t see a ReCaptcha field but on the phone, I have a ReCaptcha section. I am also unable to see additional place tabs that I have added to my view. I just seem to keep having issues.

    I’ve had visitors to my site all week and no one can seem to get on to rate the business or write a review. Comments for other parts of my site are working all except the Directory and Events

    Hello,
    I still am unable to add reviews or star ratings. Whenever I have logged into the system and I have had others log in as well, we are creating our review, clicking our star rating, clicking ReCaptcha and then post a review but upon clicking the post button nothing happens. I thought maybe I had to approve the reviews but when I check the comments nothing is there. I did leave on the option that if a user is posting a review for the first time that it has to be approved so I should see then review in the approval list but I do not. Even users who have posted reviews to other parts of my site are unable to post reviews or rate businesses. Also, I have added several features to the profile of the business or event but they are not appearing in the view on the details screen. Please assist?

    There is a “sign up for the newsletter” plugin that looks to be altering the comment/review/rating form.

    Try disabling the plugin that is creating that to see if comments work again.

    The login you provided does not have admin. Please make it an administrator if we need to check the settings.
