Hi there,
I had this issue previously on one type of listing and the problem was jetpack so you helped me turn that off

I now don’t have reviews displaying on a new category called providers.

Is there a setting where I have turned this off?

It seems you un-ticked “allow comments” in the listing itself, or you published it before turning on “allow comments” at WP Settings > Discussion.
A new listing created will have “allow comments” automatically ticked.

Yes this post was there before I changed the settings – good thinking!

I added a new one and its all good. Great support. Resolved!
