Review after booking

    Hi. Is it possible to send an email to a user with a link to write a review and rate some place? I disabled reviews by the site. Only users that booked the places (restaurants) could review then.

    How to remove the section: Leave a Review You must be logged in to post a comment. I want to see only the reviews.

    Hi Andre,

    I’d like you to check out this section of the documentation on how to remove the review section https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-disable-reviews/ . As for sending emails, do you mean you want to send out an email whenever a guest registers an account and ask them to review? Or else, could you elaborate a little bit more?

    Hello Chung,

    I would like to do the following. The guest choose a restaurant, send an enquiry to book it, but the guest should register before. After some days of the booking, I will send the guest an email and ask him to review, with a link to a page only to review. Not the restaurant page, but a single page.

    I need to remove the section “Leave a Review” and below. I want to see the reviews. I want to avoid the one user to review many times.

    Hi that would reuqire to rewrite a big part of the plugin. I’m sorry, but this goes beyond support.

    Hi,

    everything is possible, but in this case not without out of the box options. It would require to rewrite a big part of the plugin as I said.

    There is no option to show only the reviews without the review form. That is part of the customization you will need to work on.
