    Hi

    i have a customer leave themselves a rating the other day, i’m not sure why but the rating and review was showing on there profile immediately without me having to do anything, i have since removed it and emptied my review bin.

    1st why did it appear without my authorisation?
    2nd although i have removed the review there profile review still counts 1
