Reviews add on query

I have 3 different CPT’s and only want reviews and comments to apply to one of the CPT’s. I can see in General Setting that I can disable review stars in CPT’s so I am assuming this is where I can disable reviews in the 2 CPT’s that I don’t want reviews activated? Is this correct?

Also, in the 1 CPT that I want to activate reviews and comments I also want to be able to disable the review star and comments for select individual listings. Can this be done easily within the listing’s edit page? i.e. is there a check box where I can disable the review and comment function or will I have to customise the plugin somehow?
