Reviews carried over?

Hi there,

if somebody makes a listing and gathers up reviews for that listing over time and if they want to make that listing featured, will they have to make a new, separate listing and so lose all their reviews in the process or is there some way they can just use that same listing and upgrade it? It’s not quite clear to me how it works. I know there’s an upgrade listing but i read on one post here that it just allows them to select another package but it’s not clear to me if that creates a whole new listing or not.
