Reviews Counts Incorrect after Deleting a Review

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Total Reviews count for a listing is incorrect after deleting one or more reviews. Reproducible.

    Add two reviews to a place listing.
    Go into GeoDirectory Admin -> Reviews and Trash 1 of the reviews -> Choose the Trash Tab and click Delete Permanently.
    Clear server side caching if necessary.
    Visit the place listing detail page, Total review count will be 2 but the number of reviews shown is 1.

    Hello,

    We cache these numbers for a bit, you can refresh it manaulyl by running GD>Tools>Location category counts

    Let us know if that does not resolve it for u.

    24 hours since the review was deleted and the count is still incorrect. Also, still unable to find the referenced “GD>Tools>Location category counts” option. Not listed in our GD Tools section.
