Reviews Not loading for new listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi Team,

    Forgive me for 3rd topic on the same day but it was a long time i am working on website functions. I noticed that some newly added listings are not loading ‘Reviews Tab’.

    I Tried to find solutions for that, Also allowed people to post comments on new articles in discussion column, But it is not working. It has been 3-4 Hours and then I gave up. Do you know about this issue or am i missing something?

    Thanks for your post. It could be an option that you’ve overlooked. Please share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check on it.

    Hi Kor,

    It is kind of funny whenever you ask for WP admin access the problem is solved. I found the issue today morning. It was a small setting again a check box which has to be checked. but let me also share what happened so that it might help others.

    After the settings that i found in
    Settings>> Discussion>> Default article settings>> allowed people to post comments on new articles(checkbox) the new listings started loading reviews but the previous listings had no comment tag associated with them.

    The other settings is to go to CPT>> Listings>> Quick Edit>> Allow Comments on those listings.

    Now things are in place, You can close this topic.
