Rights and permissions of site users

    Hello, new, I am currently working on creating a comparator of professionals with Geodirectory and I use WP-Member for registration. My problem is the distribution of permissions when registering users of the site, I would like 2 kinds of registrations:

    1. Professionals who enter a SIRET number when registering must be able to create Places and then modify them.

    2. Consumers should be limited to writing reviews and noting professionals.

    Is this type of registration with a professional / private distinction possible?

    How should I do ?

    No special permissions are required to create a listing by GD.

    You will need to find a way to keep your consumers from accessing the page that you set for the “Add Listing” page. That is the most common way that this type of restriction is implemented. You would need to look to your membership/access control plugin for how to do that. The add-listing page is just a WP Page.
