    Hi guys,

Can’t seem to get my rss feeds working. I understand it’s just a case of adding /feed at the end of a category or tag.

    https://rootstage.whatsonhub.com/events/category/food-drink/feed

This as an example, just comes up with a 404.

    Can you help?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for your post. I’m able to get all feeds using this link https://rootstage.whatsonhub.com/events/feed/ . Could you check?

    Hi Kor,

Sorry only just seen your reply for some reason. The link you posted works, but what about for specific categories?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi DAVID,

Thanks for your reply. I will forward this to a developer for further assistance.

For the devs: Is it possible to enable RSS feeds to categories?

    Hi David,

I have done some debugging and it seems rewrite rules fails to identify feed page for category urls.

We have opened a task to fix https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/issues/938

It will be implemented in future version.

    Ok thanks Kiran.

Like the address look-up, this is a crucial part of my business as I automatically email out events to our subscribers every week using an RSS feed. I got the plugin on the understanding it could produce feeds for various tags and categories. I need to be able to filter down to location too.

Do you have an ETA? Or do you know of a work-around in the meantime? Do you think the API feature could be used instead?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi David,

the developers will look into the issue further as soon as possible.

I would say that you can definitely get information over the API, too.
