Same Description for All Places Location

    Hi, I’m getting errors in Google Webmaster Search Console for All Places Location. The issue is its generating same description 

    <meta name="description" content="Place post type." />

    Even i have tried Yoast also but %location% is not working, So no meaning of using yoast here. Also On activating Yoast 2 meta description is showing. Thats 1 of yoast and other is Geodirectory Meta Description.

    How to Generate locationwise description for All Location places ?

    Here is the example url its all about:
