same performance with or without GD Booster

    Hi!
    On http://www.trek11.nl I have replaced WP Super Cache and WP Widget Cache with GD Booster. However, after enabling GD Booster and checking all options the performance stays nearly the same as without caching, even when visiting the site as an anonymous user.
    When inspecting the source code, I get the feeling that CSS aggregation does work, but that the HTML is not being cached when visiting the page multiple times.
    I’ve tried to disable some plugins that might be conflicting, but to no avail.
    Any help would be much appreciated!
