Saving General Options

    When trying to save anything related to GD General Options such as Sender Name and Email Address or any other associated tab the response is a blank page (HTTP ERROR 500) and unsaved all other pages seem to work fine except the General Options one.

    Hi,

    do you have access to the error logs? If you do, please let us know what is casuing the 500 (internal server error) and we’ll let you know how to proceed.

    Did you try to ask the same question to your server support?

    If you need us to have a look directly, please provide a link, admin and FTP credentials.
