Says Licene Abou to Expire?

    Hi, have just had a message telling me my Licence Key for membership is about to expire. I have only just renewed on 28th February for a 4-month period so have only had the existing one for two weeks. I want to ensure that my membership will not be terminated on March 17th as the email suggests

    Hi Cheryl,

    You first licence looks like it does not expire until the 17th of this month,
    It looks like you bought another membership instead of renewing the old one, it will just mean the old one will expire in a few days but your new one will work ok.

    It will mean that you will have to change over your licence keys to keep updates, or if you want i can disable your new licences and extend your old ones?

    Hi, Because i had issues with one of my sites all the licence keys have actually been switched over to the new ones (i think) a few days after i purchased the new membership. I purchased the new one membership as when i went to login for support on 28th February it said my membership had expired and i no longer had access but now it says my licence keys do not expire until 17th March so assume i should have had support until then too? As i’d not received a renewal before i lost access on 28th i just assumed i had to buy another as there had been no option to renew my existing one! It was purchased with the same account.

    I changed all the licence keys when i updated the site after i took out the new membership. These were taken from the ‘Downloads’ page of my profile about a week after i purchased the new one- would these be the new licence keys or the old ones?

    Hi Cherly,

    Did u change your email address at all?

    We do send reminder emails maybe this is what you got? Both licences should show at the moment.

    We are in the middle of making the licence system clearer as you moght notice in your account area.

    I can extend your current licence by any lost days.

    Hi Stiofan, no change- same email and user details and log in with the same account. No emails received until the other day but when i logged in on 28th Feb it would not allow me access to the support forums as i needed to buy a membership with no option to ‘renew’! Assuming the old one had expired, I purchased the new one on 28th Feb and it now appears i should not have had to do so until 17th March so if you could please extend the current membership by those 17 days that would be great!
