Scared to Update

    I am running X Theme 3.1.1 and there is an update to 3.2.1 available with the associated shortcode update.

    On the GD side my core is 1.3.3 and the other addon have not been updated since the 1.3.3 update.

    After doing the last update the GD Booster does not work with X- theme I know this is a know problem but do not know if this has been fixed yet???

    I have also seen various email around that the latest update has caused problems with X Theme is this true and if so has it been fixed.

    Should I hold off entirely on updated both X Them & GD or should I update GD and wait on update X theme.

    If I should update both X theme and GD which should I do first??? Is there a process or methodology that I should follow???

    Hi Stacey,

    In our latest GD core we removed the need to the compatibility pack for X (and many others) We built in compatibility and we did it based on X 3.2.1 so you should be fine, just remember to disable the compatibility pack.
