Search Bar Change

    Is there a way to edit the search bar.

    1) I have taken all the location information out of my CPT because we dont need specific addresses . I am currently setting up country locations as a category, so i can have a drop down in the search bar. Is there a way to have Regions ( states) as a conditional drop down depending on which country is selected?

    Also on the search bar where you enter your keywords, when you click in the box a drop down comes up with suggested categories. is there a way to hide certain categories from that drop down, or all?

    Ok i am working on using the category Select that you describe here

    What determines which categories come up? Right now i am only seeing like 4 categories with no rhyme or reason as to why those were chosen?

    Only categories with listings will show.

    I’m using category for countries, but there is one business so far that needs to show up in every country search results

    Hi Timothy,

    Categories can be added from the backend or frontend and there isn’t a limit that will prevent you from adding.

    Thank you kor, but i think you are misunderstanding my issue/question

    I have 200 categories currently.

    I have a listing “Intelacomm” that needs to belong to all those categories, but the system is limiting me to about 50.. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to change this?

    Do you perhaps have a limit of 50 categories in the price package?
