    i have attempted to add a search function to our directory (which i have removed for now), but when i search for a business category nothing shows on the results page – please advise

    If you are using BuddyPress be sure to change the slug from search to something like directory-search

    If that isn’t the issue, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check your settings.

    Go to Pages > Search page > Edit, and change the slug or permalink there.
