    When clicking the compass on the Search box, the new “Near Me” box appears too big on the smartphone in vertical position and the left part of it can not be seen, so small distances can not be set with the slider neither the “Near Me” text can be read.

    Is there some way to adjust this?

    Thanks and regards.

    I have just noticed this:

    1) When clicking the compass on the Search box, the new “Near Me” box appears too big on the smartphone in vertical position and the left part of it can not be seen, so small distances can not be set with the slider neither the “Near Me” text can be read.

    2) If I flip the smartphone to horizontal the problem persists, but…

    3) If I flip the smartphone again to vertical, then magically the “Near Me” box appears centered and fully visible.

    And…

    4) Clicking the compass with the smartphone in horizontal position, the “Near Me” box appears centered and fully visible.

    What smartphone are we talking about and which browser? In my emulator I always see the near me small enough to fit any screen.

    It’s a Nokia Lumia 820 with Windows Phone. Yes, I am one of those rare Windows Phone users 🙂

    Could you please send a screenshot? Do you happen to know the screen resolution?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    I have tried with other more actual smartphones and it is ok.

    Evidently, my Nokia Lumia 820 is outdated and has a too small resolution. I have just looked at its specifications and it is only of 480 x 800 pixels.

    Sorry again for bothering you with this question.

    And thank you very much once again for your great support!

    480×800 should be more than enough. Are you not zooming in by default somehow?

    Thanks

    No, I am not zooming and, in fact, I always had the the Zoom function disabled.

    Try adding this to your custom css:

    .geodir-loc-bar-in {
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    Let us know,

    Thanks
