Since I’ve upgraded to the Advanced Search Add-On, my search results template doesn’t work. I’ve tried changing it to something different but the same thing happens (an empty search results page). I was using a different search bar originally and I never had any issues but your search seems to have changed the whole template scheme.
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
