    Hi! When I open this page
    http://www.sinaxi.com/apps/b/test-ricerca/
    I’d like to see all results … same that happens when I click on search button.

    Now when I open I see empty search result, as default when I open I want to see all items with pagination.

    Another question: where can I set pagination items? (records to show per page)

    There can be no results unless you search for something. Therefore you need to actually search for something first, just looking at a search page cannot show results.
    For example, there are no results here either: https://www.google.com

    where can I set pagination items? (records to show per page)

    WP Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most
    In some themes, that setting is controlled with the theme settings, for example when using the Divi theme.
