Search Results not displaying all listing

Hi Tim,

if you go to GeoDirectory > Search there is this option : Limit squared distance area to X miles (helps improve search speed).

By default it is set to 40, while California runs almost 800 miles from north to south, so raising that to 400 should solve this.

hi,

you are using the wrong search field in the home page. The 1st field normally called “search for” is for keywords and it looks in title, description, categories and tags. WHile the second field “Near” is to be used for Country, State, City, Zip Code or Address.

I added the search form in your search result page and that will make it clearer. If I search California from your home I get this:

http://perfectpaddles.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=california&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=

While this is the correct search string:

http://perfectpaddles.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=california&sgeo_lat=36.778261&sgeo_lon=-119.41793239999998
