Search stopped working after installing advanced search

    Try running any basic search, such as near 78704. The animated icon shows the search is loading, but it never actually completes the search. This same search worked before installing the advanced search addon. I have no other plugins active.

    I see many help posts talking about clearing the cache for the addon, but I can’t seem to find where to do this. Is this done from within the wordpress interface?
