Searching by ZIP code yields "ZERO_RESULTS" error

Hello there,

When users on our site search for listings by ZIP code 22482, the browser throws an error: “Search was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS”. As far as we can tell, this is the only ZIP code the system cannot find. We do, indeed, have listings in that ZIP code, and we’ve verified that the ZIP is correct for that area. This has led to a customer who is becoming quite upset with us.

Does anyone have any ideas? As far as I can tell, our Multilocation settings are correct.
