Selecting Different Package Clears Entries

When a user selects a different package option, after having completed any of the new listing form, the data is cleared and they must re enter the prior entries.

Can this be prevented?

I don’t think that is possible. Your users should choose their package first, that is why it is on the top of the page.

Understood. I thought it would be an issue as there can be different form fields for different packages.

I’ll set up the most likely package as default.
