Send Email to Listing Email Address when Published

    I would like to have the system automatically send an email to email address for the business in the listing letting them know that someone has published a listing on their behalf and encouraging them to go and claim it. Our site encourages people to submit (free) listings on behalf of local businesses. Is this possible?

    One thing you could do would be to setup a special Ninja Form that can be filled in to send to the business owner. You can start with the Send Enquiry NF template and then change the text of the email to what you like.

    I would prefer to have something that fires out at the same time as the “listing published” email – is it possible to add the listing email to the “listing published” email template?
