    How do I edit the text in the comment box that appears when a visitor clicks the Send Enquiry link?

    Depends a bit what you want to change:

    GD > Notifications > Other Emails tab > Email enquiry

    Or using the language file, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
