    Hello,
    It seems that the Send Enquiry function isn’t working. I’m getting an Admin BCC email, but no other email is arriving anywhere. The owner of the listing isn’t getting anything, therefore (having read some of the other posts on this issue) it’s not possible to reply and get the person’s email address.
    I’ve checked this with a new test user, and also with listings I’ve created myself. Nothing is going to junk folders, and the email setting is set to active on the listings. So I’m totally at a loss.
    Any help gratefully received. I’ll send another private post with log in info.

    Hello Yvette, it could be an host problem, do you remember if you have received any email from your website (with wordpress,not GD)?

    PS- your login/password combination is not working

    Hello, I’ve fixed your issue with the website (the error you had), and tested the email thing..and I can receive the email normally, see attach.
    There is nothing wrong with the email system
