Set Address on Map Not Working

Hi

Using all latest plugins, cannot set address on map or get new city to show

Add new city to multilocation – city not showing in dropdown for add listing, country only shows – tried logging in/out refreshing cache etc

Address is not recognized and using lat/long instead it saves address but when listing is published showing wrong street address

What is the correct way to set address on map e.g. with punctuation or without

e.g 34 Sukhumvit Soi 11
or 34, Sukhumvit Soi 11
or #34 Sukhumvit Soi 11

Asian addresses are accepted in Google Maps in multiple formats

Not seeing this issue on any other test sites with other directory themes using Google Maps API

Also, how do you create a private support topic with site details in without having to create a first post then go back
