Hi, If i enter street address while setting up a listing, and then in click on “set address on map” button to set the pin as per the street address entered, the pin does get correctly located, but the street address changes to some number which does not make sense.
Could you pls let me know why this is happenign and how to fix this?

That is how the Google Map API works sometimes.
You can change the street address back to the correct address after the marker is set on the map.
    Thanks

Okay – but just want to understand the behaviour- does clicking on “set address on map” button:
    1) Update the map pin as per the street address in the listing, or
    2) Update the street address as per the map pin location?

and when the pin is moved on the map- i suppose the address fields would get updated.

I suppose there will one of the above actions, but somehow i am not able to observe a consistent pattern.

1 and 2, unless they are disabled.
Review the Locations Tab settings for add listings

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/location-manager/

Disable set address on map from changing address fields

This is useful if you have a small directory and you have custom locations or your locations are not known by the Maps API and they break the address. (highly recommended not to enable this)
