    Friends how do I configure the paypal payment page? Add my paypal email? I bought the addon of Prices and Payments, but I can not post there, I think I posted something wrong and I do not have access anymore. I got confused.     Hi Carlos,

    I don’t see any purchases for this user, i guess you signed up with another email address at some point, if you can’t find it then if you can supply me with one of the payment transaction ID’s i will be able to find it for you.

    Hi Carlos,

    Please provide the email address used to purchase, or the transaction id, or the date/time and method of payment (stripe or paypal). I can’t do anything until i find your purchase.

    OK i found your account, you had changed email address.
    You have no active purchases, you would need to buy before we can help with a paid addon.

    The refunds should be with you any day now, they might not show as new transactions it might be the old ones just disappear.
