Setting a Separate Blog / Using a Front Page

    Hi there,

    I am using the Whoop theme now. It seems as though Whoop overrides the static front page to show the Whoop Home page which is made up of widgets.

    I also have a separate page set up for blog posts, called Blog. This is assigned in the reading section.

    For some reason my front page is being assigned the title blog. In theory the title etc should be coming from the static front page.

    I was thinking it might make more sense within the themes if you had a specific front page template rather than tying the blog in.

    In the meantime, how do I get the correct title and SEO settings working on the home page? Thanks. And I hope I explained that well!
