Setting Radius around City for CPT location pages

    I would like to be able to show listings within X radius of a given city center on location pages (i.e, “Domain.com/CPT/State/City/”). Right now, it only shows listings that are literally in that city, which for certain metro areas, doesn’t really make sense for what I want to do.

    I found this thread, but I dont see that there was ever a resolution.

    Is this something that can be done out of the box? If not, is this something that could be accomplished with custom dev work by someone at GDexperts?

    Hello,

    the thread you reference is related to sorting for ‘nearby by distance’, an option for the GD Listings filter when used on the details page and does not apply to the location or listing pages.

    We haven’t had many requests for other applications of that but I will flag your topic for the developers to consider adding the feature.

    The developers always consider adding feature requests that are popular with members.

    As well, in the same spirit, as being able to change IN to NEAR in search query (as requested here for example)
