    how do i set up the blogs? i am running the child theme with the geodirectory as home page. What i would like is a category called blogs that then links to my blog categories then the actual blogs.

    Hello, you can set a normal category using the default category for post in wordpress (Posts-Category) and then list your blog-posts into that category and place the category where you want (e.g. in the menu)

    another question, how do i links these posts up to the GD blog listing and GD blog detail widgets?

    You can add a WordPress widget wherever you want, just go in Appearance-Widgets and drag the “Recent Posts” widget in GD Details Sidebar (for the GD detail page) or GD Listing Right Sidebar (for GD Listings)

    Why do i get all this showing up on the post page?

    These details are displayed by the theme.

    You cannot open posts because it seems you didn’t have a Title set in your posts (the title will be clickable, if set)

    they do have titles but they don’t seem to be pulling through to the website

    Now it is fixed.
    The title was missing because in your style.css there was a display:none set to the title of the entries.

    This was a custom modification so the question is another: do you remember why you did that? 🙂
