    Hi, I am not sure if this is a Geordirectory or Firefox issue but when I try to add the Listing Address I get a message appear in the top left of my screen ‘Would you like to share your location with directory.spainpropertycentral.co.uk’, which is my site.

    Is there a way to get rid of this message from within Geodirectory?

    Hi Guust, thanks for your response. Can this be treated as a matter of urgency as I have now come to a stop when trying to add data. I do not want to have to go back and change things later.

    Rockhopper, if you just agree to share your location, you should be able to add your listings.

    No, mine just keeps coming back and will not go away. A pain in the butt….

    It will not allow me to input the correct street address, comes up with an error message “your current location is unknown” and gives the wrong location in the right sidebar here.

    Question, do you have the share location addon active?

    If yes, can you try deactivating it?

    Hi Paulo, I have tried with the share location active and deactivated and it does not make any difference. The only way I can get rid of the problem is by deactivating the Location Manager, which is something I definitely need. Solution please.

    I think Stiofan already added an option to disable it on add listing form.

    Hi Les, pull the little menu down next to “share location” and agree to “always share location”. That should fix it until the next update.
    It is a FireFox problem as well, IE and Chrome are not as persistent.

    I just got feedback from one of my site’s users and he is having the same problem although he already allowed location tracking. As soon as he clicks on the address field on the add listing form, the share location alert window pops up and it won’t go away.

    He also tried adding a listing using 2 different computers in different locations and the problem persists.
