Shortcode no longer working

    I’ve got the following shortcode in place on my GD Details page

    [gd_post_meta key=”post_author” show=”label-value”]

    In the last few days (I think since the last update) the author is now only displaying on some listings, not all. I think it’s only showing on ‘claimed’ listings whereas previously it showed regardless of the claimed status.

    Grateful for your advice as this was a handy feature for me in managing our listings

    Hello,

    this is not a recent update. That particular element will only show if the listing is claimed by design.

    I will add a suggestion for the developers to allow it to show in all cases.

    Thanks. It was definitely showing for unclaimed listings previously as referring to it has been a key part of our workflow for a while now.
